1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
Order can be cancelled within 48 hours if not processed or shipped.
After Shipment:
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns accepted within 48–72 hours only if:
- Damaged or leaking product
- Incorrect product delivered
- Unsealed packaging
- Expired product
Conditions:
- Unused product
- Original packaging
- Invoice required
- Unboxing video proof
3. Food Product Safety
Returns NOT accepted if:
- Product opened or used
- Tampered product
- No original packaging
- Taste or preference issue
4. Return Pickup
Pickup arranged after approval. Customer must pack product properly.
5. Replacement Timeline
Replacement shipped within 3–7 business days after inspection.
6. Refunds (Cancelled Orders)
Refund processed within 7–15 business days to original payment method.

Refund issued after inspection approval.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Millwala.
