1. Return Eligibility

- Unsealed packaging

- Unboxing video proof
- Photos of product and packaging

5. Inspection Process
Inspection takes 2–5 business days after product is received.
6. Food Product Safety
Returns NOT accepted if:
- Product opened or used
- Tampered or contaminated
- No original packaging
- Preference-based return
- Improper storage
7. Customer Storage Responsibility
Products must be stored properly. Quality issues due to improper storage are not covered.
8. Shelf Life Clause
Returns not accepted if delay in usage affects shelf life.
9. Non-Returnable Cases
- Late return request
- Used or altered product
- No proof of purchase
- Incorrect address
- Delivery refusal

10. Return Pickup
Pickup arranged after approval. Proper packaging is required.
