Oils may show natural changes due to temperature. This does not affect quality.

13. Incorrect Product

Report within 24 hours with images.

14. Lost Shipments

Replacement/refund only after courier confirmation.

15. Delivered Orders

Once marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

16. RTO & Refunds

Refunds (for prepaid orders) are processed after product return and deduction of charges.

17. COD Orders

COD orders returned will be cancelled. Repeated failures may block COD.

18. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled due to stock, payment, or operational issues.

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to external factors like disasters, strikes, or regulations.
