Type of Extraction
Millwala oils are prepared using two responsible extraction methods depending on the product category.
Cold Pressed Extraction
In this method, oil seeds are slowly pressed using cold-press machines without excessive heat. This gentle extraction process helps retain the natural aroma, flavor, and nutrients present in the seeds.
Cold pressed oils are valued for their traditional extraction approach and naturally rich characteristics.

After extraction, the oil may contain natural seed particles.
Millwala follows two approaches depending on the oil category:

Filtered Oils
Oil is passed through filtration systems to remove seed particles and improve clarity.

Cold Pressed Oils
Oil is allowed to settle naturally so heavier particles slowly settle at the bottom. The clear oil is then collected carefully.
After filtration and quality checks, the oil is packed under hygienic conditions.
The packaging process includes:
- Food-grade bottles and containers
- Clean and controlled filling process
- Proper sealing to maintain freshness
- Labeling with product information and batch details
Proper packaging helps preserve the oil’s quality, aroma, and shelf life.
